Great Experience at Mercure Tamworth

The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and made for a comfortable stay. The staff members are friendly and always willing to help, which made my experience even better. The hotel features a lovely outdoor pool area that I enjoyed, especially after a long day of meetings. the fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to stick to my workout routine while away from home. Despite the minor issue with room service being provided by the attached club—where the meal quality was just average—the overall experience at the hotel was good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mercure Tamworth for a business stay!

Wifi and TV issues throughout stay.

The room was comfortable modern with a king sized bed, ice, for example, booked it for $ 363. The club restaurant for breakfast was the best part.

Club restaurant on the premises, beautifully maintained and nicely furnished room with level 1 which had direct access to the dining area at the club, a complimentary bottle of wine plus a king sized bed. Peaceful location for visiting restaurants and bars...

reasonably spacious hotel with a great pool and an unbeatable location to main shops. the staff are top-class and the room is new-fashioned with opening window for fresh air.

The bed and linen were comfortable, ensuring restful nights. I especially appreciated the clean environment and the convenience of having a club connected to the motel, allowing easy access to entertainment without the need for a car. it was a lovely experience.

I did find the pillows to be slightly lacking in comfort, which detracted from an otherwise perfect stay. A small adjustment could make an even bigger impact on the quality of sleep.

We stayed at the Mercure Tamworth on Christmas night with our 8-month-old baby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the manager helped us with check-in. communication needed improvement as we faced confusion regarding procedures. Despite this, we enjoyed our extended stay, and the proximity to local landmarks like Oxley Scenic Lookout was a nice bonus for family outings.

I had a lovely Christmas stay! The location is perfect for exploring the area, and my room was spacious and clean. The staff were great too; Ella at reception went above and beyond, calling ahead to offer directions and make sure everything was in order. Plus, the pillows were super comfy, making it easy to relax after a busy holiday.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium due to its availability of four meeting rooms, which made it convenient for my work needs.

One service I missed during my work trip was access to a reliable business center or printing services, which would have been helpful for preparing presentations and documents.

The room was brand new and tidy, featuring a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV. the location is excellent, with a variety of restaurants nearby and convenient access to shopping centers and all the major stores. It's just a 10-minute walk from the Entrance Town Centre.

the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with wonderfully soft pillows. we appreciated the prompt service when we requested ice and wine glasses, and the chilled glasses were a nice touch. the reception staff, especially ella, were incredibly helpful, providing us with useful directions. the open-air parking is free, which was a pleasant surprise. everything looked great, and we enjoyed relaxing at the WESTS club and noticing the excellent pool and gym facilities.

This hotel has a great, central location, just 0.5 km from the airport, which is super convenient. the room was nicely decorated and really comfortable, equipped with a laptop safe, central heating, and an iron. 🛏️.
